Reservation Details:
  • The suite is for the number of people as indicated by the reservation.
  • To secure a reservation, half of the total payment amount is due upon booking.
  • The remainder of the balance is due at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

    • Accepted payment methods for booking are limited to Pay Pal and credit card only.

  • A $750 refundable security deposit is due prior to or upon arrival. However, accepted payment methods for security deposit upon arrival are limited to traveler's checks and/or cash only.

    • The $750 security deposit will be refunded within two weeks provided the suite is maintained properly. However, in the case of improper maintenance and/or damage, the $750 security deposit will be held.

    • By booking with New York City Vacation Home it means you agree to all the terms and policies of the Contract Agreement, so please read it over before making your reservations. PDF

    • You are obligated to abide by the policies outlined in the Contract Agreement regarding check in times, damages, clean up, etcetera. PDF
Taxes:

  • All reservations are subject to New York State and New York City taxes.
    Rates do not include these taxes.
Restrictions:
  • These are non-smoking suites.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No parties allowed.
Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 7:00 pm (EST; New York Time)
  • Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am (EST; New York Time)
  • Early check in or late check out will be charged $75 - $150 based upon the time of the day and the day of the week. Arrangements for late check-in/out must also be made prior to arrival.
Optional Airport Transportation Services:
  • Transportation between the airport and the suite is available for an extra fee.
    • $135 Round Trip from LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airports.
  • Advance notice of at least 7 days must be given in order to arrange pick-up and transport for either arrivals or departures.
Seasonal Pricing:
  • Rates subject to change based on season, availability and time of booking.
