The suite is for the number of people as indicated by the reservation.
To secure a reservation, half of the total payment amount is due upon booking.
The remainder of the balance is due at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Accepted payment methods for booking are limited to credit card and/or cash only.
A $500 refundable security deposit is due prior to or upon arrival. However, accepted payment methods for security deposit upon arrival are limited to traveler's checks and/or cash only.
The $500 security deposit will be refunded within two weeks provided the suite is maintained properly. However, in the case of improper maintenance and/or damage, the $500 security deposit will be held.
All reservations are subject to New York State and New York City taxes. Rates do not include these taxes.
Restrictions:
These are non-smoking suites.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 7:00 pm (EST; New York Time)
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am (EST; New York Time)
If you need to check-in or out outside of aforementioned normal business hours (EST; New York Time), an extra $75 fee will be charged up to 10:00 PM and $150 for an arrival time after 10:00 PM. Arrangements for late check-in/out must also be made prior to arrival.
Optional Airport Transportation Services:
Transportation between the airport and the suite is available for an extra fee.
$135 Round Trip from LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airports.
Advanced notice of at least 7 days must be given in order to arrange pick-up and transport for either arrivals or departures.
